Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please ask for shipping costs anywhere outside of NZ.
Shipping within NZ is $6.50 for all urban orders  and $9.50 for all rural orders .
I send with Courier Post with an approx 1-4 day timeframe for it to arrive to you.
Please ensure you select the rural option if you are rural. If you have not paid for rural and your address comes up as rural in my shipping programme then you will be required to pay the extra before shipping. 

Returns
A 7 day returns policy applies to all pre made items provided they are in the same unworn condition they were received in. This is at your expense. Custom made/Made to order items are not able to be returned so please make sure you check sizing measurements carefully and as prior to ordering if you are unsure. You will not be refunded shipping costs.

In the rare instance that an item may be faulty, please email me with pictures of the fault. If it is able to be repaired you will be required to return (at my cost) and it will be repaired and returned asap. If it is unable to be repaired you will be  able to return for a full refund.
